To manage call records, you generally need to load records into a record list window.

If you have chosen to show embedded record list window, all your call records will be loaded automatically when you start PowerGramo and log in Skype. The following image shows the embedded record list window.

Also you can load records manually into PowerGramo Player. PowerGramo Player includes all functions that the embedded record list window does. Additionally it enable you to manage records of multiple Skype users. The following image shows the PowerGramo Player.

Since we recommend you to use embedded user interface, this help documentation only explain how to manage records in embedded record list. You are to learn about general record management, exporting records to audio/avi files, and the expanded record list.
