1. Load records:
Three methods to load records into the record list window:

When you are logged in a Skype account, all recods
belonging to the Skype account will be loaded in the
record list window automatically.
By easily clicking the button ,
the record list will be shown in the Skype user interface
.
- When you are logged out, please run software Powergramo
Player. You can select Skype accounts whose records
are to be loaded by clicking button .
After installation, two softwares "Powergramo
and Powergramo Player"
will be shown on your computer.
- Run
software Powergramo Player,
and click menu "
| From Directory" to select a directory from which
records will be loaded.
2. Filtering record list:
Then you could click the buttons
to show "all/incoming/out going calls". You
could also select the records belonging to the Skype
account in the frame .
3. Set password for a record:
Highlight a record, click right button of mouse and select
"Set Password" from
a popup menu.
A window will show for you to add password protection for
the record. Password you enterred here will be required
when anyone try to replay/export/... the record and the
owner of the record is not the current Skype user.
NOTE: Only when you are logged in
Skype, you can set password for your own records.
4. Delete records:
Select records you want to delete, then press the "Delete"
button on your keyboard or select menu command .
Records will be removed from the record list and disk permanently
unless you choose "Move files to the recycle bin".
5. Rename a record:
Highlight a record, click right button of mouse and select
"Rename File" from
a popup menu. A window will shows for you to enter a new
file name for the record.
6. Export records:
PowerGramo saves call records in pga files, which store
call information, memo and text chat messages together with
audio data. You can convert pga files into general audio
files.
Select a record and click menu "File | Export Records"
to do this in "Powergramo Player".
You could also click menu "
I Export Records" to do this in "Powergramo".
If you have choosen to encode audio data in OGG format,
a ogg file will be produced, or if you have choosen to encode
audio in WAV format, a wav file will be produced. You can
also explicitly designate the audio format of the output
file, by selecting a menu item from the menu "File
| Export Records As" in "Powergramo
Player" or "
I Export Records As" in "Powergramo".
If a single record is selected, a window will prompt for
the name and location of the output file. If you are to
export multiple records, you will be leaded to choose a
directory where all output files will be stored.
NOTE: In the output general audio files, all call information,
memco and text chat messages that stored in pga files will
be lost.
7. Modify memo of a record:
When PowerGramo is not recording, click left button of
mouse to select a record. After two secend time, click left
button of mouse again, you will see a memo window. Please
don't double click quickly. Edit the momo text and click
the "Save" button in the memo window to save modifications.
NOTE: When PowerGramo is recording, the memo window is
for real-time memo writing, so it can not display memo of
old records.
8. View text chat message:
Select a record and click menu item "Text I Show Chat
Message" in "Powergramo
Player" or "
I Show Chat Message" in "Powergramo"
to show all chat messages that have been recorded.
The Chat Message of a record is not editable.
