I received my activation key on Feb. 16 and still haven't received my registration key so can't upgrade to pro.
I don't use chat, by the way, so I don't know how that affects the process. If I need to do something, please let me know.
This is simply unacceptable.

Hey dthomasmaddox,
I check our bot(register powergramo Skype account). You are blocked by the bot. Our bot will automatically block people who send a number of IMs in a short period of time. Now I've unblocked you manually. You should have received the register code. Hope this explains!

Yes, last night I was finally able to register. That's a long time. You guys really need to look at your support requests (and/or this forum) more often.
One other thing: I noticed I can only export files as OGG files, not WAV files. Why is this?

Records will be exported as ogg files if you selected OGG encoder. If you want WAV, you can changer the encoder option in the Option Window.
