An option to start in a minimised state would be great.

Hi Andy,

PowerGramo remembers its main widow's status. So if you want it starts in a minimised state, you may hide it's main window and exit via PowerGramo menu in Skype or the one in taskbar.

Seems there's something wrong in this version, will ask the engineer to change it in next release.
