hello,

I canīt erase the records after i recorded them

The records go to c:\ , i think the better way is to choose where to putt the records

hi:

same problem here.
Deleted messages can always be played ???
So no delete at all.!!!

Export recorded files worked fine yesterday.Today was not working !!!

Worked again after a restart (exit PS on toolbar icon and restart)

BTW recorded files can be sent wherever you want, c:\.; yr docs, etc... etc...

Thatīs right, the file canīt be erased!
Every recod i have goes to c:\, wher can i choose the distination, before i record, iīm not refering to the "export"!

Great program for recording calls. The partner side of the call is excellent but I have the same challenge with my voice being too quiet. I am using a Logitec headset with a mic(not USB).
Also the delete feature is not working for me either.

hello,

I use a Plantronics DSP 500 USB, the quality off the sound is perfect!
I try it a normal headset(not USB) and the quality was the same!
