Hi,
I ordered PG 2 days ago and have yet to get a registration # which was promised in 4-24 hours. I have an important phone call to record this weekend and need to test out your software well ahead of time.
Where's my reg. #? I did everything I was instructed to do. What's up with you guys? |

Hi husveth,
I checked PowerGramo, our bot, that it sent you the registration code on Feb 10th. 15:29. Please copy and paste the code to Step #3 in the upgrade wizard. If you have other questions, please contact me by powerskype@gmail.com
Regards

Ok, I've done just that....pasted the Reg code you sent me (three days late I might add) into the field to upgrade to Pro. All this does is cause PowerGramo to crash, and as an extra bonus it crashes Skype too. I've tried several different upgrade scenarios and the result is the same - Extreme Sucktitude. PowerGramo crashes and takes Skype with it.
I am uninstalling this junk from my system and want a full refund immediately.
I have a 15-year background in enterprise software development, software quailty assurance and data forensics, so I have little patience with junk software like this.
I would suggest you streamline your code, registration delivery and also your customer service practices. And the broken English in what little text dialouge you have does not help either.
Even though HotRecorder does not support 2 track recording, at least it works. |

Sorry for the horrible experience. PG 1.1.0.18, during upgrading process, doesn't handle Skype username longer than 16 characters gracefully. We did fixed this problem in the previous version. I check it with our engineers if they checked out a wrong version of the registration module. We will update it in few days. Anyway we will refund you tomorrow.
I apologize for the inconvenience again.
Regards
