I just lost a recording, and I think I know why. A dialogue box pops up that asks if you want to stop recording. If you do want to stop you are suppossed to press the YES button. But if you want to keep on recording you press the NO button.
If you look at that quick the way I did, you press YES, thinking you are saying, Yes, I want to keep recording. And lose your interview.
If there is going to be a dialogue box, the buttons should be more clear. The buttons should have text that says Continue recording / Cancel recording. This will cause less user errors.
