when I'm trying to resize the main window prog, the Enable Recording button go crazy.

It is a known problem of Skype 1.3. Not only PS's two buttons, even Skype's own two buttons have this problem. We have done our best, but can't solve it perfectly.
Simple solution: drag slightly a bit vertically.
