Hi there
I did a recording of a phone conversation or so i thought. Once I disabled the recording but continued the conversation the recording was lost.
I use the tool for recording coaching sessions and i only want to record the coaching not the conversation the takes place before and after the coaching.
Whether it is a bug or not - i suggest that you actually extend the functionality so that you can record as much or as little of a call as you want to.

We will put some efforts in your request later. However I think you should pick up something in Audio edit. Recommend you a free one: Audacity
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
It's very easy to use. I guess 10 minutes is enough for you to start. So you can record the whole call session and edit it in AudaCity.

I've enjoyed the program while I was testing. It was easy to learn and implement. However I ran into problems when I used it for my first interview yesterday. Everything recorded fine, but when I reopened the program later, the screen was empty and did not display my files in the window as it had whenever I previously opened PowerGramo.
I can find the files in the correct directory, but cannot bring them up in the program - even using the right-click "Open with" command. My locker file says it is empty (0 kb) now. I desperately need to know how to re-activate/retrieve the files so I can export them for editing. Please help!
I've seriously considered upgrading, but have concerns about laying down $$ if this type of performance is typical. Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated ASAP! _________________ KnitWitch

Hi KnitWitch,
It is designed this way. You need to login your Skype first in order to let PowerGramo load all that account's records. Many people don't want others to know what he talks over Skype.
Hope this explains!

Thank you so much for this information
I was terrified that I'd lost the nearly two hour conversation that I'd just recorded. I'll check it out tonight! _________________ KnitWitch
