I've installed PowerGramo. It does not record. I have both Skype and PowerGramo open. I have selected the options to record me and my partner. I have made calls, but they do not record. When I terminate the call, there is no option for a password and saving the file the way there is apparently supposed to be.

Any suggestions?

Is our button in the right bottom corner in Blue? Check One Minute Guide and Record sections in the help document.

Yes, the button is blue. It is not recording. When the call ends, nothing happens.

Strange. Tell us more about your OS and Skype information and send me a screenshot of PowerGramo with the "Register" tab active.

Thank you for the responses. I did a full restart of the computer and tried the software again, and it worked. So it was either a setup glitch or some other software I had open at the same time.
